Our company's purpose is rebuilding engines and crankshafts. At Asysum, we were pioneering in setting the standard exchange formula for engines in Spain, which has meant an important reduction in repair times compared to the time used to grind the unit itself .

Throughout these years, we have made a great effort to use the most modern machinery in all our processes and to train our staff continuously, which is the only way to meet vehicles' increasing technological complexity and the wide range of new brands and models on the market.

Our engines are fully authenticated and guaranteed; Asysum manufactures parts, spares and equipment for automobiles with number 1-CAT (BOE — Spanish Official Gazette — of 5 th August 1987, Order of 17 th July 1987).

On 8 th May 2001 we obtained the UNE EN ISO 9002:1994 quality management system standard. This quality standard guarantees that all our grinding and reconditioning processes for engines and their components undergo the strictest quality controls. Moreover, it also makes clear our Group's continuous effort to offer our customers efficiency and perfection in all our work day after day.

All engines are dismantled, cleaned and their main parts are tested. If any of them does not meet the necessary requirements for its assembly, it is discarded. The main components of the engine — block, cylinder head, crankshaft — are ground, respecting the levels and tolerance marked by the original manufacturer.
