SALE CONDITIONS AND GUARANTEE

1. When the customer acquires a rebuilt turbo compressor from this catalogue, it is understood that the price includes the delivery by the customer of another turbo compressor with the same technical characteristics and in a state where repair is possible (without noticeable breaks).
2. f the previous provision is not fulfilled, new sale conditions will have to be arranged between the user customer and the supplier, and the price will have to be higher.
3. When selling a turbo compressor, the value of the casing is invoiced together with the product and refunded on return.
4. The company reserves the right to amend this catalogue (applications, prices, etc.) with no prior notice
5. The company reserves the right to apply surcharges to the product prices for accessories and electrical or electronic components, etc., such as dds, potentiometers, electronic injectors, etc.
6. Components will have 1-YEAR GUARANTEE.
7. For the GUARANTEE to be invoked, the following conditions must be met:
   a) When breakdown occurs, the repair shop must call the company TOT DIESEL ASYSUM, S.L. and will give all information necessary for discovering the causes and attribution of the fault.
8. The GUARANTEE COVERS:
   a) The REPAIR or EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT if there is a manufacturing fault.
9. The GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:
   a) The consequences of the vehicle's immobilization, trips in km, cranes, liquids, etc.
   b) Labour to replace it.
10. The GUARANTEE WILL BE CANCELLED in these cases:
    a) Internal or external manipulation of the product without prior authorization by TOT DIESEL ASYSUM, S.L.
    b) Sale of the vehicle. Change of owner.
    c) Use of the product other than that intended by the product's manufacturer; such as using vehicles for racing.
11. THE GUARANTEE COMES INTO EFFECT from the date of sale according to the invoice by TOT DIESEL ASYSUM, S.L.
12. The purchaser renounces his/her own rights to jurisdiction and agrees with TOT DIESEL ASYSUM, S.L. to submit any discrepancies that may arise concerning the interpretation or breach of these conditions to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Lleida.
13. In formalizing negotiations with any of the purchasers, it is understood that the conditions hereby expressed are accepted.
